These terms cover the use of this site — the private portal where I share documents with you. They do not replace or change our coaching agreement, which governs the work itself.

What this is

A private document portal, by invitation. You have a link because I made one for you. There is no way to register, and nothing here is offered to the public.

Your link and your PIN

• Both are personal to you. Together they open everything in your portal, so treat them the way you would treat a key.
• They arrive as two separate messages, on purpose. Please keep them apart — forwarding one mail containing both undoes the protection.
• On a shared or borrowed computer, use Sign out when you are done.
• If you think either has gone astray, tell me. A new PIN takes seconds and retires the old one everywhere it was used.

The documents

What I place in your portal is there for you to read, keep and print for your own purposes. Reports written about you are yours. Materials that are mine or licensed from others — models, exercises, reading — remain theirs; they are for your use, not for redistribution or for use in your own practice.

What I ask of you

Do not attempt to reach another person's portal, to get past the PIN, or to automate downloading. There is one small server behind this, and it is shared with other people's confidential documents.

Availability

I run this on modest infrastructure on purpose, and I do not promise it will always be reachable. If you need a document and the site is not cooperating, email me and I will send it to you directly.

Ending access

When our work together ends I will normally close your portal. I will tell you before I do, and leave you time to download anything you want to keep. You can also delete it yourself at any point, for any reason or none — the link is at the foot of the portal, it asks for your PIN, and it takes effect at once. Download anything you want to keep first; afterwards there is nothing left for either of us to restore.

Liability

This site is provided as it is. To the extent Swiss law allows, I am not liable for loss arising from its use or unavailability — which is not a disclaimer of the professional responsibilities I owe you as a coach. Those are unaffected by anything on this page.

Governing law

Swiss law applies, and the courts of Lausanne, Canton of Vaud, have jurisdiction.
